Health Advisory
Management of Expired H1N1 Vaccinei
To: H1N1 Providers
From: Christine Finley, Immunization Program Chief
Date: March 5, 2010
Thank-you for your on-going efforts to provide H1N1 vaccine in Vermont. To date, 195,898 Vermonters have been vaccinated, but people are still getting ill with the H1N1 flu. Vaccine is available and we continue to recommend vaccination for those 6 months and older.
The expiration date of many H1N1 vaccines is approaching. Please return expired H1N1 vaccine to the Vermont Department of Health by contacting your District Office to arrange for a drop off at their office.
